Addicks-Lopez - Neponusino Edward Addicks and Juanita Maria Lopez - Brief bio



Neponusino Edward Addicks was born 20 August 1842 and baptized four days later at San Fernando Cathedral in San Antonio. His mother, Maria Susana Hernandez, was 31 at his birth and his father, Thomas H. O. S. Addicks, was 33. 

Thomas was listed in "The Texas Index Card" catalog in 1845; this catalog lists people who were influential in Texas history. Neponusino married Juanita Maria Lopez in 1870. They had seven children in thirteen years, most born in Floresville, Wilson County, Texas. In 1887, Neponusino gave permission and signed the license for his underage daughter Maria to marry Graciano Santa Cruz. Maria was his eldest child and was born 11 June 1871 in Garytown, Wilson County, Texas.
