TxSGS encourages all society leaders to consider ways your society can remain viable and in touch with members. The TxSGS Webinar Series for Partner Societies is just one way TxSGS can help with programming.
TxSGS Webinar Series for Partner Societies
Need program ideas that are adaptable to virtual or in-person presentations? Consider the TxSGS Webinar Series for Partner Societies. Following is the selection of Topics and Speakers available through the TxSGS Partner Society Webinar Series for 2026. Speakers and topics were selected to provide a variety of subjects from well-known speakers. These presentations will be available until from February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. TxSGS recommends that partner societies submit webinar requests at least two weeks in advance to allow sufficient processing time.
The presentation webinars are available for Partner Societies to use as a program for either virtual or in-person regularly scheduled meetings. This is an inexpensive alternative for society programming that can also be used as a last-minute substitute for a speaker who unexpectedly cancels.

Each presentation has a handout plus materials you can use for marketing your meeting: a speaker photo, speaker biography, and topic description.

Each TxSGS Partner Society member is entitled to select and watch these videos between February 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027, for one of their general monthly meetings at no cost.
The following constraints apply:
- Streaming is limited to a single meeting.
- The webinar can only be streamed once. You will be able to test access to the video prior to the viewing. Any other use of/viewing of the webinar is prohibited.
- Your society can only view one video lecture at each meeting.
- Videos may not be combined with other videos or speakers to create a workshop or seminar.
- PDF formatted handouts are available for the video lectures. These may be distributed to those who attend the presentation in person and/or emailed to those who attend the presentation.
Note that the handouts are copyrighted and are not to be posted online or otherwise distributed outside of these guidelines without express permission of the speaker and TxSGS.
