Registration Dates & Rates
Early Bird registration rate applies to those submitted online by September 10, 2019. Extended until midnight September 19! Online registration and payment is available through Thursday, October 3. After October 3, you may register and pay in-person at the event, if space is still available. Workshops are expected to fill up early.

Must be purchased in conjunction with a full or single day registration. If you wish to add a second banquet ticket for your spouse or traveling companion, you may do so when you register by selecting “Banquet – 2nd ticket.”

Exhibits
The Exhibit Hall is open to the public during published hours with on-site FREE Guest Registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
The last day to submit cancellations and receive a refund is September 17, 2019.
- Cancellations of conference registration, including workshop fees – Refund of amount paid minus a $50 non-refundable administration fee if submitted prior to and including September 17, 2019.
- Cancellations for individual options, such as meals, workshops, banquet, lunches, or printed syllabus – Refund of amount paid minus a $10 non-refundable administration charge for each individual option cancelled prior to and including September 17, 2019.
- Cancellations of conference registration at any time prior to and including September 17 – You will NOT have access to the digital syllabus or be able to purchase a printed syllabus.
- Cancellations after September 17, 2019 – No refunds will be issued after September 17, 2019; however, you will receive access to the digital syllabus.
To cancel conference registration or individual items through September 30, 2019, please email registrar@txsgs.org. No cancellations will be accepted after September 30, 2019.
