Cancellations & Refunds

The last day to submit cancellations and receive a refund is October 20, 2025.

Cancellations of conference registration. Refund of amount paid minus a $45 non-refundable administration fee if submitted prior to and including October 20, 2025. Cancellations of conference registration at any time prior to and including October 20, 2025 – You will NOT have access to the digital syllabus.
Cancellations after October 20, 2025 – No refunds will be issued after October 20, 2025; however, you will receive access to the digital syllabus as well as a link to recordings for the package level you purchased.
