The Kerrville Genealogical Society is located at 125 Lehmann; Suite 102; Kerrville; Texas 78028. We are open Tuesdays; Thursdays; and Saturdays from 10 to 4. Help is available for research. The Society has 4 computers with genealogy websites and over 4;000 books; periodicals; vertical files; city & county records; cemetery records; U.S. state & foreign country books; and family histories. San Antonio Genealogical & Historical Society (TxSGS Partner Society)

Our mission is to teach and promote genealogical and historical research; publish and preserve records; and increase awareness of genealogy and history. We maintain an outstanding library of over 17;000 books; publish an award-winning semiannual journal and society books; and conduct educational seminars; classes; and workshops. In 2019; we acquired the building next door which increased our classroom capacity; offices and a auditorium which can seat up to 125. The Genealogical Society of Kendall County; Texas; Inc. (TxSGS Partner Society)

Meets at 10:30 AM on the 3rd Saturday of the month January; February; March; April; May; September; October; November & December.

GSKC meets monthly except for summer months at the Patrick Heath Public Library. The Boerne Texas Family History Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is located in our research center where we also have over 6;000 books; periodicals. microfilm/micro-fiche for Kendall and surrounding counties. Our research center is open 5 days a week; 1 to 4; and second Saturdays from 10 to 4.
