Getting to the Riley Center – Travel Directions

The TxSGS Family History Conference will be held at the Riley Center on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, located south of downtown Fort Worth.

From the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex

The Riley Center is located in south Fort Worth, near I-35W and I-20. Attendees traveling from throughout the Metroplex can reach the campus from several major highways.

From Dallas and the eastern Metroplex: Travel west toward Fort Worth using I-30 or I-20, then connect with I-35W and continue south toward the Seminary Drive area.

From Arlington, Grand Prairie, and the Mid-Cities: I-20 provides convenient access to south Fort Worth. From I-20, connect with I-35W north and continue toward the Seminary Drive area.

From north Fort Worth, Denton, and communities to the north: Travel south on I-35W toward Fort Worth and continue through downtown toward the Seminary Drive area.

From the Airport

From Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, follow signs toward Fort Worth and enter TX-183 west. Continue toward Fort Worth, connecting with TX-121 and then I-35W south. Continue south on I-35W toward the Seminary Drive area and follow local directions to the Riley Center.

Travel time will vary considerably depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

From Dallas Love Field

From Dallas Love Field, travel toward I-35E and follow I-35E south toward downtown Dallas. Connect with I-30 west toward Fort Worth. In Fort Worth, take I-35W south toward the Seminary Drive area and follow local directions to the Riley Center.

Because this route crosses much of the Metroplex, allow additional travel time during morning and afternoon rush hours.

Driving from Other Areas of Texas

From Austin, Waco, and Central Texas: Travel north on I-35. North of Hillsboro, follow I-35W toward Fort Worth. Continue north to the Seminary Drive area.

From San Antonio and South Texas: Travel north on I-35 through Austin and Waco. At the I-35 split north of Hillsboro, follow I-35W toward Fort Worth and continue to the Seminary Drive area.

From Houston and Southeast Texas: Several routes are available depending on your starting point. A common route follows I-45 north toward the Dallas/Fort Worth area, then uses highways through the southern Metroplex to reach I-35W and south Fort Worth.

From East Texas: Travel west toward the Dallas/Fort Worth area using the major highway most convenient to your location, then continue toward Fort Worth and connect with I-20, I-30, or I-35W as appropriate.

From West Texas: Travel east toward Fort Worth using I-20 or I-30, depending on your starting point, and follow signs toward south Fort Worth and the Seminary Drive area.

Arriving on Campus

The Riley Center is located on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in south Fort Worth. As you approach the campus, follow signs for the Riley Center and enter 4701 Stanley Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76115 in your navigation system rather than using the Seminary’s general campus address.

Complimentary parking is available at the Riley Center. TxSGS conference signs will also be posted, where possible, to help direct attendees to the conference entrance and parking areas.

Highway construction and traffic conditions throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area can affect the best route to the Riley Center.
