TxSGS Awards – There’s still time to submit your work!

Did you publish a book or article between September 15, 2021, and September 15, 2022? Did your society publish a newsletter, journal, or quarterly? Do you or your society have a website devoted to your family or the genealogical community? There’s still time to submit your entry for the TxSGS Awards program.

Each year, the Texas State Genealogical Society honors worthy individuals and society endeavors in publishing and other contributions to Texas genealogy. Awards are presented at the TxSGS Annual Business Meeting. This year’s event will be held virtually on November 12. The Awards Committee urges you to join TxSGS in recognizing the labors of deserving individuals and societies by submitting an entry. The deadline is September 15, 2022.

Visit the TxSGS website for categories, guidelines, and additional details.
