This event includes 56 sessions presented by 30 speakers plus 4 workshops and a host of exhibitors. An awards banquet on Saturday evening recognizes genealogists and societies for writing and publishing articles, newsletters, journals, and quarterlies, along with website design and more.
As genealogists, we start this Journey with a single step by identifying our immediate family and traveling backward via records, DNA, and much more. We learn ways to research and analyze these records; we trace and document our ancestors’ ethnic roots. Along the way, we make sure to preserve and share their stories for future generations.
