Hybrid Meeting Videos
We have received many requests for information about hosting hybrid (in Person + Virtual Participants) meetings. The videos listed below were created by Tony Hanson to provide you with the information you need to begin hosting your own meetings.
- Hosting Virtual Meetings: Things You Should Know (35:40) – This provides a high level overview of Virtual Meetings and explains some of the features and capabilities you can utilize.
- Hybrid Meetings: Small Rooms (24:11) – This video discusses hosting a Hybrid meeting using Zoom in a small room that does not have a PA system.
- Hybrid Meetings: Auditorium with a PA System (37:32) – Integrating Zoom with a PA system requires additional equipment. This video explains what you need and demonstrates how it should be configured.
